COLUMBUS, Ind. - The Columbus Police Department (CPD) reported that its Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) Team was dispatched for a situation on Wednesday night, September 16.
SWAT responded to a home in the 1300 block of Sycamore Street because a male had barricaded himself inside.
The man was taken into custody. No other details are available at this time.
CPD Public Relations Officer Lt. Skylar Berry said that more information would be released on Thursday.
