COLUMBUS, Ind. - Columbus City Utilities says that Washington Street, between Rocky Ford Road and Volland Street, will be closed from 7 a.m. on Wednesday, March 25, through the end of the day on Thursday, March 26.

The closure is so that crews can work on the new water service installation.

To avoid delays, drivers should use alternate routes whenever possible. If motorists must travel in this area, they are reminded to slow down, use caution, obey work zone signs, and drive distraction-free.
