JACKSON COUNTY Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation announced lane closures for U.S. 50 in Jackson County.
Beginning on or around Monday, September 21, crews will begin lane closures on U.S. 50 between Brownstown and Seymour. These lane closures will occur between State Road 250 and State Road 11. Lane closures will allow for patching operations on U.S. 50. Work is expected to last through the end of November, depending on the weather.
Traffic flow will be controlled by a flagger through work zones. INDOT reminds drivers to slow down, use extra caution, and avoid distractions when traveling in and near work zones.
