COLUMBUS, Ind. - Thanks to the community, Landmark Columbus Foundation (LDF) has reached both of this year's goals for its endowment campaign. There were over 100 donations, and $62,000 was raised.
LCF will invest all of the money in its endowment fund, which is held at Heritage Fund–The Community Foundation of Bartholomew County. The donations will allow the organization to continue far into the future, while strengthening the long-term foundation for everything it does.
This support helps LCF care for Columbus’ remarkable design legacy, create meaningful public experiences, invest in research and storytelling, and continue asking how design can strengthen public life.
Executive Director of LCF, Richard McCoy, said, "Your generosity in the belief that design excellence is something worth sustaining." He added, "We’re grateful to Hadley Fruits, whose photography documents our work and makes visible the people, experiences, and places at its heart."
