FRANKLIN, Ind.— Ivy Tech Community College in Franklin will hold an Information Open House for the Johnson County Advanced Manufacturing Program (JCAMP) on February 26, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the 2205 McClain Drive campus.

The event invites Johnson County high school students and their families to explore how the program creates affordable, direct pathways into high-demand advanced manufacturing careers.

JCAMP is a collaboration among Ivy Tech Community College, local industry partners, and Center Grove, Greenwood, and Whiteland high schools. The program significantly reduces the cost of college for families and enables students to earn college credentials—and even a degree—while still in high school.

Students in the program attend classes at the Ivy Tech Franklin campus while in high school, gaining hands-on training, earning industry-recognized credentials, and building a foundation for strong career opportunities in Johnson County.

During the open house, attendees will:

  • Learn how JCAMP prepares students for advanced manufacturing careers
  • Explore academic programs and career pathways
  • Meet Ivy Tech faculty and industry employers
  • Discover the college credentials available through the program
  • Get details on program costs and financial advantages

Students and families are encouraged to RSVP at link.ivytech.edu/jcamp. For questions, contact Megan Davis at mdavis874@ivytech.edu.
