COLUMBUS, Ind. - Columbus Regional Health (CRH) has announced that Columbus Internal Medicine Associates will close its location at 4050 Central Avenue at the end of the day on Thursday, April 9, and reopen at NexusPark, Suite C, on Monday, April 13, at 8 a.m.
As part of this move, providers Dr. Sivagama Ramasundaram, FACP, Heather Brott, FNP-C, and Kirsten Gilmore, NP, will also join the practice at its new NexusPark location.
