BCSO swears in new deputy

COLUMBUS, Ind. - The Bartholomew County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) welcomed a new deputy to the force on Wednesday, February 18.

Brian Roberts comes to BCSO from the Shelbyville Police Department and brings with him 20 years of law enforcement experience.

Roberts took the oath of office last week from Bartholomew County Sheriff Chris Lane.

The Sheriff commented, "We are excited to have a seasoned law enforcement officer join our agency."
